When you use WorthMore.ai, we collect:

  • The appraisal PDF you upload and related property details
  • Your email address (when you create an account or request results)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
  • Basic usage analytics (pages visited, features used)

How We Use Your Data

Your appraisal data is used solely to generate your dispute analysis report, ROV letter, and comparable sales exhibits. We use your email to deliver results and communicate about your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate WorthMore.ai:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Vercel — hosting and file storage
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis (your data is not used to train models)

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Data Security

All uploads are encrypted in transit via TLS. Appraisal data is stored securely in encrypted databases. Access is restricted to the systems needed to generate your results. We do not use your appraisal data to train AI models.

Data Retention

Your appraisal data and generated documents are retained for 90 days after your last access, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and receive your data in a portable format. If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information).
