We analyze uploaded appraisal PDFs, identify potential errors and discrepancies, locate comparable sales data, and generate professional ROV letter packages. We are not a licensed appraisal firm, real estate brokerage, or law firm. Our services are for informational purposes and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Acceptable Use

You agree to upload only appraisal documents you are authorized to share. You represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Misuse of the service, including uploading fraudulent documents or using generated letters for deceptive purposes, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of fees.

Payment Terms

WorthMore.ai offers a free analysis tier and paid tiers that include ROV letter generation and additional documentation. All prices are displayed before purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You will not be charged until you explicitly select a paid tier and complete checkout.

Refund Policy

If your ROV letter has not yet been generated, you may request a full refund. Once your letter and documentation package has been generated and delivered, refunds are not available. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your letter, we offer one free revision at no additional charge. To request a refund or revision, contact our support team through the help page.

Limitation of Liability

WorthMore.ai is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis or for the outcome of any ROV request submitted to a lender or appraiser. Our analysis and letters are tools to support your dispute — the final determination rests with your lender and appraiser. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from your use of WorthMore.ai shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us through our help page. We will work in good faith to resolve your concern within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Davidson County, Tennessee, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
